Follow these steps to create a new MySQL database using cPanel:
Login to your server and click MySQL Databases
Enter database name and click create
Scroll down to the Add New User section, enter your details, and click Create User
Select the database name and database user, then click Add
Select All Privileges, then click Make Changes
